sad to leave a bad review. Positive: The apartment is in the heart of London,super central. Negative: I am actually super sad to do a bad review cause this was one of my favorite place and I was super excited to stay there. But when we arrived we have found ants on the floor and on the surface of the kitchen. Half of the equipment was either broken or extremely sticky and dirty. I hope things will change and the place will comeback nice and tidy soon. Cause this place was a gem 💎 At the least the bathroom was nice and clean.

I did not stay at this property, in this dangerous part of London, securty should be paramount. I felt unsafe, and insec Negative: The property was in secure, the front door had been kicked in and people from the street (non guests) were in the property.

Nice short stay Positive: The location is great Negative: There was no soap or shampoo

Positive: Good location. Negative: Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Everything is falling apart, building itself isn’t heated, bathrooms aren’t heated and the water is coming out boiling hot for few seconds and ice cold after that. Widow in the bathroom was open and stuffed with newspapers. Someone left a message on the window about drug use which no one attempted to clean. Rooms aren’t being cleaned properly, they have an outside area located in the first floor where they’re keeping linen and towels in a shed. We had to request portable heater because the room was freezing. Window lock wouldn’t work properly, it’s a sliding window so it made us feel unsafe. Our wardrobe was taped together with “fragile” tape, smoke alarm was out of use. I know it’s a budget accommodation, but I would expect a basic standard of cleanliness, health and safety and comfort being met even in cheaper accommodation.
